Tax payments made on the last (10th) day of the grace period for each installment period are accepted until 5 pm in person, until 5 pm on our website or until 5 pm in our drop box. Times are Pacific. U.S. Postmark dates are also acceptable.

Initial value

Taxes may be paid in full or in four equal installments as follows: 

Taxes in full                           3rd Monday of August
OR                                                         
1st Installment 3rd Monday of August
2nd Installment On or before the 1st Monday of October
3rd Installment On or before the 1st Monday of January
4th Installment                             On or before the 1st Monday of March

There is a 10-day Grace Period. Payments Must be Received within the 10 Days.
