Douglas County Clerk Treasurer

Douglas County Clerk-Treasurer can only accept the original notary bond, not a copy. 

• The bond must be written for Douglas County for $10,000.
• The bond must have the applicant's name as it is on their photo identification, as well as the applicant's physical address.
• Out of state applicants must have the Nonresident Notary Public Affidavit forms completed by the applicant and their employer, found on the Nevada Secretary of State website.
• A filing fee of $20.00 is required.
